The second solution addresses one of the most time-consuming administrative tasks: processing customer purchase orders in various PDF formats.
The AI-powered tool extracts relevant information from incoming orders and automatically generates standardized XML files according to the customer's proprietary XSD schema. What previously required extensive manual handling is now performed automatically, significantly reducing processing time while improving consistency.
The third solution automates order creation by retrieving information from a customer order portal and transferring it directly into FrontPac's target system. Previously, employees manually collected and entered the information. Today, the process runs automatically, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of human error.
