Since 2018, we have focused exclusively on AI, ML, and data-driven innovation — while building a team culture people actually enjoy being part of. From Monday fika to annual team-building trips, here's a glimpse of life behind the work.
More than just AI technology
Founded in 2018, NordAxon has focused exclusively on AI & ML innovation from day one — growing into one of the Nordics' most specialised AI consultancies.
But life at NordAxon is about more than just AI technology. We're a close-knit and social team that values collaboration, curiosity, learning, and workplace well-being.
Our headoffice sits in the iconic Fyrtornet building in Hyllie, right next to Hyllie Station, and we're growing — we now have a second office in THE WORKS building at Medborgarplatsen 25 in central Stockholm. Throughout the week we connect through Monday fika, Thursday breakfasts, Friday AI Pulse sessions, after works, team dinners, workouts, and annual team-building trips. In 2025, the team spent five days together in the Balkans — Dubrovnik and Trebinje.
